  • We are a family friendly venue, children are welcome until 9pm except on Friday and Saturday when they are allow until 8pm (9pm for functions upstairs).  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  

  • Yes, please request at time of booking.

  • We do not have these on the premises, however, there are public ones less than 2 minutes away located by shelter hall.

  • Drivers license and passports.

    We do not accept photocopies or photographs of ID. 

  • All food and beverages must be

    purchased from the venue.

  • The outside terrace, beach huts and igloos are

    all accessible and a ramp is provided if required.  

  • Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome, we ask they are not to sit on the furniture. 

  • We welcome stag and hen groups but do not permit fancy dress at the venue, this includes all accessories.

  • We serve food until 9pm from April - September and up until 7pm during Autumn / Winter season.

  • Yes, please advise at time of booking or let

    your server know on arrival.

    Allegerens can be accessed via the QR code

    on your menu, on our website or at the bar. 

  • We accept card payments only.

GENERAL

F&Q’s

  • Yes up to four weeks before your booking and any pre-authorised deposits will be released. If bookings are cancelled less than four weeks prior to the booking, any preauthorised deposit amounts will be automatically taken from your account without any notification. Please note though you can change the date and time of your reservation after the cancellation deadline without charge. Please see below.

     

    Yes up to four weeks in advance and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than four weeks before your booking all deposits and pre-booked packages are non-refundable. You will need to call our office or email us to cancel your booking.

  • Yes up to 72 hours before your booking dependant on availability.

    You will need to call or email to change your reservation. No changes can be made to pre-booked packages however.

     

    Please note, all bookings can only be amended once and also if bookings that have been amended are subsequently cancelled, deposits/ pre-paid packages or pre-authorisation amounts will automatically be retained.

  • To cancel your reservation email us on info@brightonmusichall.co.uk telling us the date, time and name on your reservation. We will email you a confirmation of the cancellation and refund any amounts due in accordance with or booking policy.

     

    In order to change the date or time of your reservation please email us on brightonmusichall@partners.collinsbookings.com telling us the date, time and name of the reservation you wish to amend and the date and time that you wish to move to. We must receive the email within the deadlines set out above in order to activate the amendment and all amendments will be subject to availability. We will email you a confirmation of the amendment.

  • No refunds will be made if you do not consume the full value of the deposit in food and drink during your stay with us.

  • Yes, we accept walk-ins but always advise booking, as we are an extremely busy venue.

  • Yes, please request at time of booking.

  • We accommodate large groups,

    excluding a Saturday when the maximum group size is 12 guests.  If you have an enquire for more than 12 guests

    on a Saturday, we can seat guests in

    beach huts next to one another or in the upstairs Fallen Fairy Bar. 

  • There is a minimum number of 6 and a maximum of 12 guests required. 

  • Yes, they are fully heated.

  • The beach huts and igloos can be booked for multiple slots and the reservation runs straight through.  The outside terrace can be booked for a maximum of 4 hours.
